At Hockey Gear, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your equipment, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused gear in its original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, used helmets and custom jerseys are not eligible for return.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Place the unused items back into their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all tags and protective films are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the equipment for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
